Dr. S. Jailapdeen, Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work, is associated with P.S.G College of Arts and Science Coimbatore since September 2014. He has obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Science & Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Madras. He has qualified both UGC NET and TN SET. He has obtained his M.Phil & Ph.D. degree in Social Work specialized in Human Resource Management from Madras School of Social Work. His doctoral research (Ph.D.) work is focused on “Influences of Personal and Organizational Values on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction”. He has 20 years of teaching experience notably three years at Madras School of Social Work and also served as visiting faculty at the Versatile B’ School, Chennai.
