About the Author: About Prabhakar M N started his career as a blue collar factory workman, he later completed his full time MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has 17+ years of work experience across various companies in Manufacturing and Service sectors including GE and Bosch. He draws his inspiration from the timeless principles ingrained in the Bhagvad Gita. He is a strong proponent of work life balance and he subscribes to the ancient Japanese concept of Ikigai which means 'reason for being'. He loves Sci-fi movies, his favourite character is Captain Picard from Star Trek. He is a Zumba dancer and has given performances as well. He loves shopping and believes it to be a therapy. He headbangs to Heavy Metal and goes to music concerts regularly.
