About the Author: Maalan (V. Narayanan) is an eminent bilingual (Tamil and English) writer, well known among the Tamil literati across the globe. He is awarded the coveted ‘Krititva Samagra Samman’ (award for wholesomeness in creativity) of Bharatiya Basha Parishad (Indian Languages council) in 2017.
